Industrial roller brush
Spiral wound roller brushes are made from a strip brush wound around a shaft or core, they can be manufactured with stainless steel, galvanized iron bases, metal backed strip brushes can be wound to the required pitch to suit any application, for example for light work it is best to spread the pitch between the strips to create a less dense packing, ultimately creating a more flexible brush, for heavy work or where more pressure is required the strips can be tightly wound, creating a denser and harder brush.
Synthetic backed roller brushes are made by fusing the strips together to create a very light density brush, ideal for the food, glass and printing industries, soft or hard brush filaments can be used to create different brush hardnesses according to customer requirements.
